Salary: Up to £65,000 + bonus

I am currently recruiting for an Operations Manager at this luxury 5 star hotel in Essex. My client is looking for an individual to join their stunning country hotel. My client is looking for a driven individual with a background in luxury hotels.

About the position

• Managing the profitability of the hotel along with hitting targets
• Implement a 5* service strategy
• Recruit and develop a fantastic team
• Train the team to deliver a top class guest service experience
• Oversee the day to day running of the hotel
• Manage & lead a team effectively
• Deliver achievable hotel budgets along with a long-term strategic plan

The successful candidate

• Experience in luxury hotels essential
• Room management experience
• Passionate about F&B
• Have financial acumen
• Excellent leadership skills
• Exceptional communication skills and a hands-on operational approach
• Must be able to drive
