This is a great opportunity particularly for a project manager experienced in DC based multifamily construction projects, someone who understands the complexities of construction in the district and an understanding of how to work with the associated vendors on a project. Your new role: Your role will be to work on behalf of the owners throughout the construction process from preconstruction such project permits, bid evaluations of general contractors/subcontractors through to the full construction management of the project. There may be times where you will act as the general contractor depending on the size and complexity of the project.
