Développement Fullstack - Lead developement - Python - Django - IANotre partenaire est une structure financière de renom, dont l’activité principale se porte sur des offres financières adaptable à la situation de chacun de leur client.Ils fournissent des solutions de données et d’analyse financière à grande échelle, aidant les professionnels de l’investissement à prendre des décisions clés.Aujourd’hui, ils sont à la recherche d’un profil de développeur python Senior.Responsabilités :Vous aurez à leader une équipe de 4 personnes, dont deux personnes médiors et deux juniors.Vous serez responsable de l’architecture backend Python/ Django avec plus ou moins 20% de Frontend.Suivi du processus produit et mise en place de bonnes pratiques dont les tests, CI/CD, revues de code etc…Déploiement d’une infrastructure sur Azure et suivre l’optimisation et l’amélioration continue.Intégration de l’IA aux différents processus et à l’expérience utilisateurs. Votre profil :Vous avez une expérience de minimum 4 ans sur des fonctions similaires.Vous avez déjà leadé des équipes et avez une appétence pour l’accompagnement et management des équipes Tech.Technologies : Python, Django, React, MLL, IA, Cloud AWS ou Azure.Disponible immédiatement ou préavis d’un mois si vous êtes toujours en poste. Offre :Une rémunération entre 55.000 euros et 65.000 euros.Télétravail : 2 jours en télétravail + 3 jours sur site.Evolution rapide vers une position de lead développeur/ Tech Lead.
