Je recherche pour mon client, expert dans son domaine du bâtiment, un(e) OPC – Pilote de chantier TCE H/F pour travailler sur de beaux projets (qualitatifs).Vos missions ?– Vous gérez vos projets avec la casquette OPC, en majorité. Vous pourrez évoluer, si vous le souhaitez, en Maitrise d’œuvre d’exécution (MOEX) / OPC.– Vous réalisez le planning et son suivi– Ordonnancement, pilotage et coordination des chantiers– Vous menez à bien les réunions de chantiers et pilotez les entreprises– Vous intervenez jusqu’à réception des chantiers– Vous réalisez le suivi des chantiers (administratif, technique et financier)– Vous utiliserez MSPROJECTVous allez travailler sur des projets de qualité, en neuf et en réhabilitation / rénovation. Due to their continual growth, they who are looking to hire a Construction Manager (in-house) to manage Multifamily developments in the DC area.About the role:Manage the full cycle of the multifamily project from design, planning, financial approval, permit issuance, construction and financial closeout.Projects can vary from heavy renovations, structural adaptations or light capital improvements in the multifamily units or associated buildings/amenity spaces. New build construction is not something in their current pipeline but is a potential later down the line.Oversight of the general contractors and various other vendors (architect, engineers, subcontractors and government officials) involved in the construction process.Host weekly progress meetings on site. Parsons creates interconnected communities and world-class infrastructure.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist Resident Engineer/ARE.Follow up construction activities at site.Ensure the Contractor’s adherence to Construction documents and latest Authorities’ regulations.Assist in reviewing Contractor’s Submissions (shop drawings, Materials, RFI, etc.).Provide all necessary on-site direction.Support in supervising site inspection staff as per Resident Engineer/ARE’s directions.Check measure of work done.Observe site safety practices.Report back as necessary to the Resident Engineer/ARE.Monitor contractor’s resource allocation.Assist in reviewing the project’s close out documents.Act positively, and participate in all health and safety issues at site, as required by the Resident.Engineer/ARE, and project Safety Representative.Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 10 years of work experience with infrastructure projects.
