This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to grow within the industry!Responsibilities of the Floor Manager:Provide an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest level of serviceWork alongside the management and back of house team to ensure a smooth service for guestsAddress and resolve all guest queries in a prompt and efficient manorCreate staff schedules and undertake pre-shift meetings with the teamBuild a great work environment for the teamEnsure each team member is fully trained, supported and equipped to do their jobThe Ideal Candidate:2 years’ experience in a comparable role, preferably in a fine dining establishmentProven experience using restaurant management software and POS systemsSuperb communication and time management skillsAn eye for small detailAbility to deliver exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns effectively
