Role: Breakfast ChefSalary: €32400Start: ASAPLanguages: German and EnglishAre you a Breakfast Chef who loves taking responsibility for preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes,You can ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen operation during morning service?Then this role is for you!Key Responsibilities:Prepare, cook, and present breakfast dishes to a high standard.Ensure timely service to meet breakfast rush demands.Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen.Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients.Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure guest satisfaction.Adapt menus based on guest preferences and dietary requirements.Assist in setting up and clearing down the kitchen before and after service.Skills & Qualifications:Previous experience as a breakfast chef or in a similar kitchen role.Strong cooking skills, especially in breakfast cuisine.Ability to work efficiently under time pressure.Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.Team player with excellent organisational skills.Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
