What you’ll be doingYour responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Blending in a base coat for a color match for two-stage paint application.Correct fish-eyes as they appear in the paint.Use water-base paint to paint and gloss the vehicle inside our paint booths.Complete heavy bodywork, rebuild body lines, stud welding, wheel, and rim repair. Concisely and collaboratively communicate with the Cosmetic team if additional work on a vehicle is needed. Follow proper operating rules, procedures, and standardized work initiatives as assigned. Work on a variety of vehicle tasks for extended periods of time.Partner and provide clear communication with other team members and departments involved in the vehicle reconditioning process. Maintain a clean and productive work environment by keeping tools and supplies organized throughout the Cosmetic department.Report any safety issues or accidents to management immediatelyOther duties as assigned. Working hours are Monday - Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm.  Hours of operation are subject to change based on business needs. You may also be required to work overtime to support those business needs and will be given as much advance notice as possible.What you should haveThis position requires a minimum of 5-7 years of paint & body, or paintless dent repair experience and requires someone who has a high-level understanding of cosmetic vehicle repair while having an interest in continuing their career as an auto body technician. Assistant Building Engineer

We are seeking passionate people to join our growing and dynamic maintenance team in Hampton. Our Assistant Building Engineers are customer service representatives for our clients and their tenants. They also focus in on any and all maintenance needs for the properties that they oversee. This position’s primary responsibility is to safeguard the interests of the owners and safety of the tenants by maintaining the physical condition of the property and equipment according to company guidelines and standards, as well as protect the property and equipment from damage, loss, and deterioration.
