Medical Guardian is growing! Our marketing team is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer. We work as a central hub for our mission-driven values-based company and contribute design and marketing support in all aspects of Medical Guardian while assisting with the development of new initiatives that align with company goals and customer success.The ideal candidate will have prior familiarity with a range of design functions, such as advertising, branding, digital marketing, UX/UI, print ads and social media. The junior graphic designer will join a fast-paced, thoughtful, detail oriented, highly skilled, supportive, and collaborative team.This new role will enjoy working with others, and have a passion for keeping our customers safe, healthy, and happy. We are looking for a designer who can work independently but is also enthusiastic about collaborating with others. Roles & Responsibilities:Support and report to the Design ManagerExecute monthly promotional campaign assets including but not limited to email marketing, landing page heroes, social media and blog graphicsDesign performance focused social media adsPartner campaign asset creation + designSocial media asset creation + design; this will include creating & maintaining new and existing evergreen templates, driving our brand vision, and getting these posts delivered.Special project design work from Executive Team (print ads, landing pages, product one sheets, brochures, etc)Building emails in email template builders (Stripo, Hubspot)Increase your knowledge through self-learning & research to share best practices, along with your ideasAssist in developing a new and improved customer-facing web experience (WordPress experience is a plus!)Help organize, edit and grow our digital asset collection including but not limited to our XD Design System, photos, composites, videos, iconography, and illustrations Skills and QualificationsBA or BFA in graphic design1-3 years' experience in a marketing and/or healthcare/pharma spaceCraves feedback to help them learn, grow & improve everydayIs passionate and positive about the work they're creating & the message we are sending to our customers to ensure they live a life without limitsMust work well in a team environment, be driven, and have a strong eye for detailAbility to balance multiple projects at onceExcellent time management, communication, collaboration and organizational skillsPortfolio website or Behance that shows a variety of work (print, digital, social media, UX/UI)Branding experience working within a complex digital design set Competencies:Proficient in the Adobe Suite (Adobe XD, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Photoshop)Working knowledge of website design, UX/UI and email softwareFamiliar with task management systems (i.e. Asana)Pre-qualifications: Experience in HTML, CSS, WordPress, Stripo & HubspotResidence in the USA or Visa + work permit are essential requirements
