Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Hotel Receptionist to join our team in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively.Responsibilities:Welcome guests as they arrive and check them in, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and provide information about hotel facilities and services.Handle guest requests and complaints, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.Maintain accurate records of guest information, payment details, and room availability.Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure guest needs are met.Assist guests with check-out, including processing payments and issuing invoices and receipts.Ensure the lobby area and reception desk are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities to enhance guest experience.Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer.Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests.Preferred Candidate:Prior experience as a Hotel Receptionist or in a similar customer service role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in both English and Arabic.Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.Proficiency in using hotel management software and computer systems.Knowledge of local attractions and services to assist guests with inquiries.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.A friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in both English and ArabicStrong problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in using hotel management software and computer systemsHighly organized with strong attention to detail
