Regional Fleet Coordinator

The Regional Fleet Coordinator must be team oriented, proactive, and goal driven. This position will have the sole responsibility of maintaining fleet operations for their designated region(s).Job Responsibilities:Responsible for integrating legacy Fleet Programs into their designated region(s);Management of the vehicle GPS Program;Facilitate the acquisition of new vehicles for field and lab offices;Facilitate the return of fleet vehicles that have exceeded their lease;Facilitate the sale of company-owned vehicles that are no longer needed;Shipping company vehicles between SPL locations;Intercompany transfers of vehicles;Review and approve vehicle maintenance expenses;Facilitate vehicle and trailer registration renewals;Act as the primary contact for vehicle leasing companies;Management of fuel card programs;Management of comprehensive Fleet list and schedule;Other duties as assigned.Requirements:Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Fleet Coordinator;Must possess sharp attention to detail;Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet;Must be able to safely operate company vehicles.Education:High school diploma or equivalent is required.Relocation:This position is not eligible for relocation.Travel Requirements:This position will require some travel.Work Schedule:This position will work 8 hours Monday-Friday in SPL’s Greeley, CO location. En caso de ser necesario corrige el sistema que lo requiere. Entrenar al personal de proyectos y mantenimiento para la aplicación de buenas prácticas.Desarrollar pruebas de software y hardware de FAS nuevos, para garantizar que funcionan y que la ventana de tiempo de paro de línea solicitada es suficiente para la implementación, también para asegurar la continuidad de la operación de fábrica. Capacitar al personal de instrumentación y operación en los cambios implementados.Asesorar en el desarrollo de proyectos de CAPEX, el seguimiento de los estándares de FAS (Factory Automation System) en cumplimiento a políticas de IT, asegurando que la implementación de proyectos que involucren FAS, se den en tiempo y seguridad IT requerida.
