This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects and make a significant impact in the industry.Key Responsibilities:      Perform software development life cycle tasks including analysis, design, development, testing, debugging, and documentation for complex Internet and Intranet applications on various platforms.     Collaborate with Stakeholders to finalize designs and validate requirements.     Implement development for both front end and back end based on provided requirement specifications for company CRM.      Design and develop Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) for Relational Database Management Systems (RDMS) and create T-SQL, OLAP, OLTP queries, stored procedures, views, triggers, and user-defined functions.     Conduct requirements capture activities to accurately extract end user needs.     Analyse requirements to create UI diagrams such as Class diagrams, flowcharts, and use case diagrams.     Perform unit testing and integration testing before final submission of work.     Adhere to company's best practices or software development best practices throughout the development process.     Ensure all work meets company standards.     Able to conduct training sessions for staff members on the use of software applications.     To Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data related to clients, applicants, and educational institutions in the CRM.     To provide technical support to staff members and clients, troubleshoot issues related to software applications, and offer timely solutions to ensure uninterrupted operation of system.Requirements:    Bachelor’s degree.     Proven experience as a Developer Programmer or similar role.      Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.     Solid understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and techniques.      Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, MySQL, MongoDB).     Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.     Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.      Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
