My client, a well-established business in the Commercial vehicle Industry's actively seeking to employ an Car / Van Technician / Van Fitter / Van Mechanic / LCV Technician on a rotating shift.Working in an established team of Car / Van Technician / Van Fitter / Van Mechanic / LCV Technician, you will be required to undertake the following;Carry out any repairs required that have been highlighted on the initial inspectionGeneral Servicing and MOT preparationFault finding & diagnosticsUpdating all required paperwork / databasesThe successful Car / Van Technician / Van Fitter / Van Mechanic / LCV Technicianwill have the following attributes; hold full industry qualifications and have served a recognised apprenticeship.Have detailed knowledge and understanding of Van / LCV MaintenanceA commercial licence would be a distinct advantage but isn't essentialKnowledge of Hydraulic and Electrical systems, maintenance and repairCar / Van Technician / Van Fitter / Van Mechanic / LCV Technician (MOT Tester would be beneficial)Depot Location: HaydockWorking Hours: £17 to £17.50 per hourMonday to Friday 8am to 5pmContract Type: Full time / Permanent roleFinancial Package: £37,500 to £40,000 Per AnnumBenefits Package:Ongoing training and development on new and emerging technologyVery strong pension schemeMedical insuranceRetail / Holiday discountsBike to work scheme
