Questa posizione richiede una conoscenza approfondita delle tecniche di saldatura, dei materiali e delle norme di ispezione.Responsabilità principali:Ispezionare le saldature per garantire che soddisfino i requisiti di progetto, le specifiche tecniche e le norme di qualità.Verificare che i procedimenti di saldatura siano conformi alle norme internazionali e alle specifiche del cliente.Effettuare controlli visivi, organizzare e monitorare quelli non distruttivi (NDT) delle saldature, come radiografie, ultrasuoni e liquidi penetranti.Valutare i rapporti di ispezione e registrare i risultati in modo accurato e dettagliato.Collaborare con i team di produzione e qualità per risolvere eventuali problemi relativi alle saldature.Monitorare le attività di saldatura sul sito per assicurare la conformità ai piani di lavoro e alle procedure approvate.Assicurare che i saldatori siano qualificati e che le loro certificazioni siano valide.Partecipare a riunioni di progetto per fornire input tecnici sulle attività di saldatura e ispezione.Redigere rapporti di ispezione dettagliati e fornire raccomandazioni per miglioramenti o correzioni.Mantenere aggiornate le proprie conoscenze sulle nuove tecnologie e metodologie di saldatura e ispezione.Requisiti:Diploma tecnico o laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Metallurgia o disciplina correlata.Propensione al lavoro di cantiere ed interesse per il settore Oil & GasCertificazione come Welding Inspector (es. CSWIP, CWI, EWF/IIW).Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni in un ruolo di ispezione della saldatura, preferibilmente nel settore Oil & Gas.Conoscenza approfondita delle tecniche di saldatura e dei metodi di ispezione non distruttiva (NDT).Familiarità con le norme e i codici internazionali relativi alla saldatura (es. Descripción del puestoOrganización dedicada a atender a los armadores y operadores de buques, con el fin de satisfacer los requisitos establecidos por la normativa nacional e internacional, proporcionándoles las recomendaciones y soluciones adecuadas a cada situación, con la seguridad de un tratamiento confidencial y eficiente en el manejo de la información.Recibir, organizar y revisar la documentación recibida de los agentes e inspectores que posee la organización a nivel mundial (Reportes de inspección, certificados interinos, registros, auditorias, revisión de planos, libro de estabilidad, cálculos de francobordo, así como la revisión de cualquier otro cálculo relacionado con la emisión de algún certificado exigido por la OMI entre otros).Responsabilidades:Asesorar en temas técnicos de una manera apropiada a nuestros clientes, armadores, operadores e inspectores.Manejo de los Convenios Internacionales y Regulaciones emitidas por las autoridades.Evaluar a los inspectores y proveedores de servicio técnico de la organización, y enviarles los resultados de las evaluaciones.Revisar y evaluar las naves que están en trámite.
