You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring that each design is both manufacturable and compliant with all relevant industry standards.Key responsibilities:Create and develop detailed engineering designs, advanced 3D models, and clear technical drawings.Guarantee alignment with Class and Flag regulations, as well as project-specific requirements.Assess the technical feasibility of designs to support efficient production processes.Detect and address technical challenges by offering practical solutions and improvements.Work alongside senior engineers, production specialists, and project managers to deliver top-tier work within project timelines.OfferCompetitive salary between €3.000 – €4.300 per month (based on knowledge and experience).38 days off (25 vacation days and 13 ADV days for full-time employment).One-year contract with the intention to become permanent (subject to the decisions of the board).Travel allowance based on €0.23 per kilometer for commuting distance.An inspiring work environment at the forefront of luxury yacht construction.Flexible working hours in consultation with your supervisor.Plenty of opportunities for personal development and training.Your profileA bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Maritime Technology, or a similar technical field.1 to 3 years of engineering experience within the shipbuilding industry.Proficiency in 3D AutoCAD; experience with Siemens NX, Teamcenter, and Cadmatic is a plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.A good understanding of shipbuilding production processes and construction methods.An eye for detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and maintaining excellent standards.

ADDETTO/A ALLA PIANIFICAZIONE DELLA PRODUZIONELa risorsa sarà inserita presso importante azienda cliente ubicata nella zona di Cesena.Cosa Offriamo Inserimento con iniziale contratto a tempo determinato con prospettiva di stabilizzazione.CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria - 13 mensilità, retribuzione mensile definita in base all'esperienza del/la candidato/a prescelto/a, 25.000,00€ 26.000,00€.Orario di lavoro full time, 40h settimanali, dal lunedì al venerdì su orario giornaliero con un'ora di pausa pranzo. welfare aziendale e buoni pasto.Descrizione del ruolo  Garantire la pianificazione efficiente delle attività poduttive, con particolare focus su componenti meccanici e assemblati, assciurando il rispetto dei tempi e delle priorità. Collaborare con i reparti tecnici e produttivi per ottimizzare i flussi. Pianificazione e schedulazione delle attività produttive nel rispetto dei tempi di consegna, capacità produttive e disponibilità delle risorse. Analisi e monitoraggio dei fabbisogni di materiali e risorse (MRP), monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento della produzione e gestione delle priorità, risoluzione di eventuali criticità o ritardi nei processi produttivi, analisi dei dati produttivi per ottimizzare tempi, costi e risorse.Quali requisiti chiediamo  Laurea in ambito tecnico/meccanico.Esperienza pregressa in ruoli simili, preferibilmente in aziende metalmeccaniche o settori industriali.Conoscenza dei processi di assemblaggio meccanico.Capacità di lettura del disegno tecnico e analisi di distinte base.Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli e capacità di lavorare in team.Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo.Ambiente di lavoro Il contesto aziendale si presenta stimolante, caratterizzato da sfide costanti che favoriscono lo sviluppo di nuove competenze e il raggiungimento di obiettivi ambiziosi.
