Job DescriptionPart of the Engineering Department working on a variety of civil and geotechnical projects.1-     Understand the Company business plan and philosophy.2-     To develop and enhance technical capabilities of the company.3-     Development of our Geo-synthetic and Composite Systems by discovering and establishing new specifications and identifying potential applications/ projects.4-     List of major geo-synthetics composite materials produced by major international manufacturers, 5-     Evaluate / Appraise main technical specification of composite materials produced by major international manufacturers.6-     To produce relevant design calculations for the use of geosynthetic and composite materials.Investigate subsurface conditions and materials; determine the relevant physical/mechanical and chemical properties of these materials; evaluate stability of natural slopes and man-made soil deposits; assess risks posed by site conditions; design earthworks and structure foundations; and monitor site conditions, earthwork and foundation construction.Determines and designs the type of foundations, earthworks, and/or pavement subgrades required for the intended man-made structures to be built. To define the required material properties. Then follows a site investigation of soil, rock, fault distribution and bedrock properties on and below an area of interest to determine their engineering properties including how they will interact with, on or in a proposed construction. 10- Create Engineering drawings/illustrations and other technical papers for the project submittals. SkillsBachelor’s of Civil Engineering degree with masters in Geotechnical Engineering.Previous experience for the geosynthetics design and applications is plus. Hands on civil engineering design tools and software.     Demonstrably clear and concise verbal and written communication skills with employees, upper management, corporate, internal customers, suppliers, and peersPrevious experience building a strong and positive team environmentAbility to multi-task and manage multiple projectsPreferred CandidateYears of Experience5 - 15 yearsDegreeMaster's degreeAge30 - 45 yearsMajorGeotechnical Engineer

This position is a great opportunity for a motivated and talented person to experience working in a dynamic environment by joining Lamberti’s Surface Materials Division at the Applied Synthetic Materials Lab.The resource will be supporting a fast-growing business by developing new finishing formulations on synthetic substrates.The resource will:Conduct research and development activities to identify new formulations and raw materials for synthetic materials, evaluating their chemical, physical, and application properties.Collaborate with the internal teams to define technical specifications and requirements for new formulations, considering customer needs and market trends.Work with the marketing and sales team to effectively communicate the advantages and potential of new formulations to clients and the market, supporting product commercialization and promotion activities.Provide technical support to customers for the implementation and use of developed products.Conduct client visits to resolve technical issues and provide training on product use.Ideal candidate meets the following criteria:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in chemistry or a related field.Previous experience in the synthetic materials and/or formulation chemistry sector.Knowledge of laboratory analysis techniques and related instruments.Ability to interpret analytical data and draw valid conclusions.Precision and attention to details.Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues from different areas.Proficiency in EnglishWillingness to travelPlace of work: Trissino (VI)
