This exciting role, w ill manage two stations in the dining community commons - Vegan Vegetarian and high-volume experience preferred to manage the Wildly popular Mongolian Grill . Working with students on special diets, engaging employees and developing talent are mission critical in this role. Our successful leader will provide culinary direction within a medium sized unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management, training and mentoring. Implementing sustainability practices throughout all processes, this position will conduct menu planning, purchasing and ordering. Collaboration with all chefs on the team is a marker for success for this position. Demonstrated history of consistent exceptional customer satisfaction reviews preferred. Two years Executive Chef level Management Experience Required.

    The successful candidate will:

    • Be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
    • Ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented

    At Sunrise, our Concierge is responsible for providing excellent hospitality as they are the first impression for all visitors into the Sunrise community. The Concierge will be greeting potential residents, families, visitors, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages. The Concierge provides an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:
    - Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, cleanliness
    - General administrative duties
    - Welcoming and support the hospitality of a Sunrise community.

    Qualifications:
    - A high school diploma or GED is required
    - Proven experience in a customer service role is also required, having demonstrated excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills
    - You must have good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills as well as be an organized record keeper
    - Proficiency in computer skills to include the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as the ability to learn new applications
