Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom business applications across Zoho (Books, CRM, Creator)
- Build complex workflows, custom functions, Deluge scripts, and automation
- Design and optimize module architecture, layouts, and data models
- Create and maintain custom apps, reports, dashboards, and approval workflows
- Develop and manage REST API integrations and 3rd-party connections
- Implement Zoho Books → CRM → Creator integrations
- Troubleshoot, support, and enhance existing apps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, procurement, finance)
Skills
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 4–5+ years of hands-on Zoho development
- Strong experience with Zoho Books, CRM, Creator
- Experience integrating Zoho with external systems (APIs, webhooks)
Required Skills
- Deep experience with Zoho One suite: CRM, Books, Creator, Flow, Desk, Analytics
- Strong Deluge scripting and automation logic
- Strong data modelling (master data, inventory, pricing, item codes)
- Experience designing scalable workflows and approval logic
- API integration experience (REST/JSON/webhooks)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Preferred / Bonus Skills
- Knowledge of Revit data structures, BIM workflows, or Dynamo/Revit API
- Experience with pricing engines, BOM structures, or manufacturing workflows
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS (for creator UI customisation)
