Location: London

Salary: Up to £55,000-£60,000

A great opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding food service business.

Your role will be to shape and deliver the organizations strategy through the attraction and recruitment of talented individuals, through direct sourcing and operating alongside recruitment suppliers.

You will also play a major part in related activities such as manpower planning, and supporting HR colleagues on internal resourcing, which will include succession planning.

The role covers the full extent of the recruitment function from strategy to implementation, providing an opportunity to contribute continuous improvement and innovation to the way the company recruits its staff. The job requires volume operational and high-level recruiting!

This is an extremely busy role, so the ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to plan their time and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have worked within in-house recruitment as well as in a consultancy. HOSPITALITY IN HOUSE RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL TO APPLY
