Restaurant brand looking for a Purchasing Manager to oversee multiple units and they’re looking for someone ASAP!
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising and managing a variety of suppliers
- Monitoring all supply chain related issues
- Researching and identifying new products for the business
- Forecasting requirements and ordering products to meet sales demands
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with Binwise and Crunchtime essential
- Avero and Compeat experience highly desired
- Supply chain experience within the restaurant industry
- Experience sourcing and working in various geographic markets
- Analytical, problem solving, time management, project management and decision making skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
