Support Engineer - Be the Hero Users Need

  • Be the first line of defense for internal and external users: handle tickets via email, calls, and chat.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions that make users smile.
  • Escalate the tough cases to senior teams when needed.
  • Own tickets from start to finish, ensuring top-notch user satisfaction.
  • Create handy guides and tips to make life easier for everyone.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of our support processes.


Support Engineer - Who We’re Looking For

  • Degree in IT or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Fluent in English + Dutch (French is a bonus!).
  • Solid skills in Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and ticketing tools.
  • Service-minded, patient, and excellent communicator.
  • Team player, proactive, and eager to learn.
