Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present breakfast dishes to a high standard.
• Ensure timely service to meet breakfast rush demands.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering ingredients.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Adapt menus based on guest preferences and dietary requirements.
• Assist in setting up and clearing down the kitchen before and after service.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a breakfast chef or in a similar kitchen role.
• Strong cooking skills, especially in breakfast cuisine.
• Ability to work efficiently under time pressure.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Team player with excellent organisational skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
