Architect

Job Description

The Architect will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design and implementation of architectural projects from conception to completion. They will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of projects while adhering to quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts accordingly.
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery within the specified financial constraints.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors to oversee the construction process and address any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant requirements.

Skills

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Professional certification as an Architect.
• Demonstrated experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Experience working on commercial, residential, or public sector projects.
