This dynamic hotel, situated in the heart of Amsterdam, seeks an enthusiastic individual to join its international kitchen team. Key Requirements:

• Experience as an independent chef or commis chef
• Passion for food and creating unique guest experiences
• Ability to thrive in an international team environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the culinary experience of guests through the preparation of dishes
• Work from 15:00 – 23:00, preparing dishes for the bar and room service
• Follow recipes and standards while occasionally introducing own recipes
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
• Handle daily planning and ingredient ordering
