Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large datasets
• Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards using Excel.
• Data Management: Clean, validate, and ensure the integrity of data used for analysis for repair demand and supply
• Trend Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support strategic planning.
• Visualization: Create charts, graphs, and tables to effectively communicate data insights.
• Data Interpretation: Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation of data analysis processes and results.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, macros, and data visualization tools.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity Tableau or Power BI or other data analysis tools is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate effectively with crosses functional teams
