This is an amazing forward-thinking pizzeria group across the UK, looking for talented head chefs to run sites in London. They are industry leaders in Neapolitan pizza and staff benefits.
The role will be to run one of their busy sites, leading a small team of passionate chefs making fresh daily dough and serving up to 500 pizzas per day when busy.
You will be hands on, cooking high quality ingredients in a fast-paced service environment. Your role will be to train and motivate your BOH team and also monitor high standards across the site.
This would suit a head pizza chef that has worked in a busy branded restaurant or pizzeria, knowledge of Neapolitan pizza and fresh dough making, BOH admin, and experience at high volume.
