No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.Know a little more: PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare to transform.ResponsibilitiesThe OpportunityThe Operation Excellence Analyst (Solution Delivery for Packaging) plays a key role, ensuring the high quality of R&D documentation and sutain related to the creation and modification of packaging specifications, while accelerating digital transformation, integrating and harmonizing R&D business processes throughout the LATAM region.Your ImpactAs R&D Senior Analyst, your scope would consist of …Play a key role ensuring integrity and high quality of R&D Packaging Documentation, while harmonizing R&D business processes across the region.Deliver New Packaging and Promotion specs creation, modification or extension in SAP-PLM and Legacy specs modification or extension in SAP-PLM with technical information delivered by Packaging Engineers from the Packaging Team.Perform Finished Product Specification and Recipe creation, modification, or extension in SAP-PLM with technical information delivered by Packaging Engineers from the Packaging Team.Documentation for LATAM South Innovation, Productivity, Brand Stewardship and Business Continuity projects impacting this data, e.g., Front of Pack Regulations, Revenue Management, etc.Perform time-sensitive actions for R&D PKG in populating data with high quality in PLM system to right migration to Supply Chain & Manufacturing downstream for product launches, refreshes, and productivity, data supported by the Packaging Team.Execute enrichment and sustain for LATAM Digitization efforts: Horizon, MRP, DPP, etc.Adopt harmonized R&D Business Processes and ensure effective connection with cross-functional teamsInterfaces: Packaging Team, GBS Master File, Product Developers, Global Procurement, R&D TDC, LDBS, Planning, QC teamsParticipate in sessions with OpEx team for projects prioritization alignment.Identify system enhancements or automate to generate efficiencies in the PLM processesSupport implementation of Data Change Requests in PLM, as neededParticipate in UAT testing for new system enhancements as result of Change Requests, as neededSupports the review and updating of internal controls to ensure compliance with PepsiCo's requirements and guidelines.Participates in the data cleaning and maintenance processes in SAP for regional digital transformation efforts, supporting the Operating Units in Brasil, SOCO and Andean.Collaborate with the LDBS (LatAm Data Business Services) team to follow up the Material Master workflows in SAP.Ensures compliance with information security guidelines based on its classification to guarantee its correct handling inside and outside PepsiCo.Adopts regional R&D business processes to ensure efficient connection with cross-functional teams.Participates in the development of process automation focused on achieving efficiencies and continuous improvement.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?Experience in managing SAP (PLM and/or ERP); from 1 to 2 years.Experience in R&D, Continuous Process Improvement, Data Analytics or related area.Basic knowledge in Packaging Development, Risk Analysis.Basic knowledge of agile methodology (Agile).Management and analysis of databases using SQL, Python (desirable).Creation of visualization reports (dashboards) using Excel and/or Power BI (the latter desirable).Technical Degree (Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Production Engineering and others)Desirable: SCRUM BásicoDesirable technical knowledge on the Snacks, Cookies & Crackers, Dairy and/or Grains platform.Language: English (fluence), Spanish and Portuguese (min intermediate)If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.What can you expect from us: Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.
