For more information click here.What You Will DoKey Responsibilities Support of the Area Managing Director Central Europe in all operational work Independent and pro-active administrative support (meeting/calendar management with internal & external stakeholders, correspondence, travel organization) Coordination & self-dependent execution of projects / project tasks Support and follow-up of business meetings / reviews- Preparation of meeting agenda, presentations, preparation of data, reportings and information, consolidating data and minutes Handling of cross-functional requests incl. compilation and rework of feedback Support in the optimization, implementation and integration of tools, activities and processes Ensure flawless information flow within the Central Europe Leadership team as well as organization Pro-active follow-up on requests, open to do´s, tasks Organization and management of events for Germany and Central Europe (Townhalls, Workshops etc.) as well as employee communication Maintain and update department files, records, (organizational) charts, memberships Handling of German GmbH operational topics (commercial register, etc.)Required Qualifications Completed commercial/administrative training, e.g. as an office management assistant, as well as additional relevant qualifications or a degree in business management Experience in related area of responsibility, e.g. support / project management role, preferably at executive level Professional experience in all Microsoft Office programs (especially Powerpoint, Outook, Excel, Forms) and other programs like PollEverywhere, Zoom (Webinar) Strong planning and organization skills, highly organized, accurate and ability to prioritize workload and deadlines. Work effectively, efficiently and demonstrate a positive attitude, high integrity awareness. Ability to work collaboratively at all levels of the organization. Excellent written and verbal skills (English / German) Pragmatic, creative, and adaptable as well as focused in a fast-paced environment Discretion and confidentiality required.
