UX Design Intern (m/f/d)

The Volkswagen Future Center Europe is a special place where creative people coming from different backgrounds join forces to explore and design the future of mobility.Joining our UX Team as a UX Design Intern (m/f/d) you will work on early ideas for the next generations of vehicles. You will be part of an interdisciplinary project team of researchers, designers and technologist and work directly with our users. The internship can start at any time and will last for 6 month. You will also be fairly compensated. This is a full-time position.What you´ll do• Conduct secondary research and compile results to inform our UX strategy• Plan and design user studies and user tests• Support the team with hosting ideation and co-creation sessions• Create UX design related deliverables (e.g. personas, user journeys, blueprints)• Create wireframes and build rapid prototypes to visualise the UX vision of a projectWho you are• Open-minded and a curious person, constantly looking for new creative output• You bring solid research and discovery practices to inform design and UX solutions• You have a strong understanding of maintaining complex information• Able to communicate clearly and pitch your work effectively• Willing to take on new challenges and to work outside of your field• Happy to collaborate online but also able to come to our studio in Potsdamregularly, once the situation allows• Experience building functional prototypes or with Design Thinking is a plusApply nowAn ongoing student status is required for the internship period.
