With over 100 "Kaianeers" spread across the globe, we need now, more than ever, specialized talent to help take our mission further.We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who is excited about our mission and wants to help us build a user-friendly application that improves the health of thousands of people around the world.We are considering candidates who are based in all European countries for this position.You will:Participate to regular design/development meetingsTake responsibility for the daily design work and set prioritiesWork with Product Managers, Product Engineers and other stakeholders to propose, align on, and finetune flows and designsDeliver experiences that are optimized for a wide range of interfaces (mostly mobile & tablets)Create concepts, wireframes, clickable prototypes and pixel perfect screens for our digital productsEnsure consistency and quality of design output, and maintain design standardsUnderstand and balance business-, user- and technical requirementsInvolve relevant stakeholders where needed to explore contexts and guide decisionsGather and analyze information about users' needsConduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and continually improve the user experience.
