You just have to grab them and build your different.As our new Engineering Manager, you will:Lead a newly planned POS Processing team which will be responsible for managing the Core services of the first of it’s kind POS payment technology. Take care of the people in the team as well as mentor them. Make sure that business objectives are being met, help out people technically if there are struggles or issues, lead technical initiatives.What you need to be successful:Be able to present significant technical achievements from the past workplaces.Be able to present significant team delivery achievements is a must.Solid engineering experience, being a Senior Engineer in the past is a must.Well spoken and clearly understandable English is required.Proofs of hands-on technical contribution in the past 6 months is required for this position.Embracing “you build it, you own it” culture and understanding core principles of it.A track record of leading operational excellence within the previous teams.Reward and benefits - What’s on offer at kevin.:We only hire the very best talent from across Europe and beyond.
