Become a part of this international team and join us on our path to success.As our Engineering Manager:You manage and develop a team of engineersLead the developers and specialists in your team and enable to develop to architectural standardsDevelop a roadmap, plan sprints and deliver impactLiaise with stakeholders in the business to understand current shortcomings in our architectureDesign architectural evolution and implement with your team and in collaboration with other teams, i.e. product management of architecture, keep an up to date documentation of our current and target architectureUse stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technologyHire, develop and retain the team with the support of our People teamWho you are:> 5 years of experience working experienceAbility to lead, develop and inspire peopleHeld responsibility to manage and execute projects following an agile approachKnowledge of technological trends to build strategyOutstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skillsExcellent fluent communication skills in English (German a nice to have)BSc or MA in Engineering, Computer Science or similar relevant fieldWhy CLARK?You are part of a leading global insurtech and change the insurance industryA multicultural environment with international colleagues from 43+ different backgrounds.
