We partner closely with finance and tax teams to create scalable solutions and services to solve complex problems. We are a fast moving organization with emphasis on results and impact. We are looking for a highly motivated and capable Product Manager to join us and help drive innovation from Berlin Giga FactoryWhat You'll DoWork across the key financial management tools (accounting, inventory, fixed assests.) to enhance, automate and support new business initiativesPartner with finance teams and business stakeholders across the company to deliver business specific value and drive innovationWork with full-stack engineering teams and UX-Designers to deliver a scalable architecture that not just meets current needs, but considers future growth scenariosDefine and manage a set of KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and business impact with the ability to analyze them and unitilize them in decision making processesWhat You'll BringDegree in in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experienceExperience managing financial management tools (ERPs), ideally in and industrial environmentDemonstrated excellence in delivering highly scalable and technical services working with full-stack engineering teamsExvellent interpersonal and presentation skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with clear bias for informed action and track record of leading new initiatives with limited resources and supportExcellent technical data analysis skills (SQL), using multiple sources with high data volumeStrong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to use data and metrics for making assumptions and decisionsStrong organizational skills along with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needExcellent written and verbal communications across technical and non-technical stakeholders
