Once you have completed all the training and preparations for the kitchen, you will be part of a kitchen crew under the leadership of Venue Manager. Your daily tasks will include preparing various dishes from multiple brands, ensuring high hygiene and quality standards, and carrying out tasks assigned by Venue Manager. The more precise daily and weekly tasks include:Cooking food to order, finishing, packaging, and dispatching orders. Preparing food and backups according to the recipesCleaning and dishwashing according to the SOPs and HACPP policiesMaintaining a clean, orderly, and safe working environment (front and back of house)Working and moving with a sense of urgency Communication and reporting to Venue Manager and other team membersOther tasks, as appointed by Venue ManagerWhat we expect from youExperience working in a busy kitchenYou are a natural team player and have strong communication skillsYou look for continuous improvement, and you enjoy learning new thingsYou have a Rote KarteWhat we offerCompensation -> wages start at 13.5€/hStability and flexibility -> We are a growing company and can offer work in different locations to make it convenient!
