Generate and book outgoing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain control over debtor and creditor accounts, ensuring accounts are balanced and reconciled. Manage bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow to keep our financials on track. Skillfully check and book travel expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies. Work closely with our external accounting team, providing clear instructions and ensuring seamless document collection and submission. Assist in completing monthly financial statements with attention to detail and accuracy. Provide timely and accurate accounting analysis and reports as requested by management. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field4 years of experience in a similar accounting roleProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of QuickBooks softwareBenefitsIndependent work at eye level and the opportunity to quickly develop professionally.
