Digital Program Manager

As a Digital Program Manager you will be responsible for supporting delivery oversight of several Digital projects( with Adobe , Salesforce or other digital partner solutions), as well as leading application development efforts.Application development efforts include oversight of application development through the development life cycle process and leading teams in translating business requirements into functioning software systems, services and solutions. This is a multifaceted role where you will support client delivery teams and business development activities.Your ResponsibilitiesManage the delivery of agile projects across the full lifecycle; from sales-handover, through inception and delivery through to project close-downManage complex development projects on-time, on-budget, and to client specifications.Develop and execute the strategic vision within the projectLead and collaborate with team solution and technical architects to identify and recommend solutions, integration points and related implementation architecture for business usage improvements, scalability and performance.Work with partners and agencies involved in the implementation.Basic Qualifications5+ years of experience in IT project ManagementStrong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a collaborative environment.Professional level of Dutch and EnglishDemonstrated expertise in leveraging digital technologies (Salesforce, Adobe,…) to transform businesses.Excellent communicator & Experience with stakeholder managementStrong organizational skills and an unwavering attention to detail.Be a true project manager and lead meetings, engagements and projects with a scope >€2M.Additional QualificationsHands on experience with agile / scrum methodology.Experience with collaborating with developers, clients, other business analysts, Solution Architects, Release Managers, etc.Prince 2, CSM certification or PMP certification.What We OfferA salary that we love to talk you about.Netto expensesCompany car or mobility budget (whatever works best for you).Health insurance from DKV.Meal vouchers from €8.Pension plan from 3%-6% of your monthly salary Eco vouchers from €250/year.
