Our ClientWe are partnered with one of the biggest players in the Financial Services sector in Saudi Arabia.On their behalf we are looking to hire an Analytics Translator.Your ResponsibilitiesDefine business problems that analytics can help solve, guide technical teams in the creation of analytics-driven solutions to these problems, and embedded solutions into business operations. Translate analytics some of the most essential functions for integrating analytics capabilities in a company. Work closely with the business stakeholders and then working on actual problems with the subject matter experts. Ensures the collaboration and communication with the EBIA team to automate the production and publication of business unit’s standard and approved analyses and Performance Management information (KPIs, Dashboards, Strategy Maps, etc.)Works closely with business units to identify business unit standard/approved analytical processes and analysesCollaborates with the business units to gather their analytical and Performance Management requirements, understands their business objectives, and develops a close working relationship with themWorks with BI Advisory, Applied Practices and BI & Reporting Teams for the Business Champions incubation program to know more about the EBIM and the BI Environment in the bankYour QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information System, Data Science or similar fields6-8 years relevant experienceUnderstanding of analytical applications development and usage to support business decision makingKnowledge of the operations, products and services of banks and financial institutionsIn depth knowledge in Oracle EDW data model for Banking and financial institutionsIn depth understanding of Enterprise Business Intelligence and Reporting principles and key componentsHalian GroupWith over 20 years of experience, we have come to understand that innovation is the only way to provide agile, practical solutions that transform businesses and careers.Our resourcing and smart services help you to realize tomorrow’s potential.
