Your primary duties include processing sales transactions, resolving customer issues, and keeping the shop orderly.Your challenge:Delivering exceptional sales services for improved customer satisfactionMaintaining the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditionsInteracting with customers and identifying their needs and preferencesOperating cash registers and point-of-sale machinesReceiving and verifying the quality and quantity of new shipmentsEnforcing in-store security and health and safety procedures and regulationsBuild collaborative relationships across the department storeEffectively manage stock and inventoryComplete any administrative tasks to a high standard and in a timely mannerWhat will help you succeed in this role:Previous experience in a similar role within a fashion and lifestyle retail environmentPOs Shopify knowledgeExcellent social skillsAbility to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the businessDemonstrate strong commercial acumen and brand knowledgeWillingness to constantly learn & developExcellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal (English & Spanish)What do we offer?A culture of freedom, flexibility, and trust.
