We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.As IT Project Manager, you will be responsible to manage applications supporting Sourcing and Planning processes, contributing to the achievement of Business objectives by providing digital platforms and applications that fulfil Business requirements and fit into both the Avio Aero and GE Aerospace landscape. Job Description Essential ResponsibilitiesOwn the whole Digital application lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, adoption and maintenanceContribute to the Digital operations to ensure business continuity, efficiency and continuous improvementAct as a link between Business functions, IT, external actors maintaining an appropriate level of communication with end-users and managementManage project schedule, risks, costs and any non-standard events throughout the life of the projectTrack project outcomes realization and measure customer impact through established metrics (KPI) and ensure lessons learned are collectedBe proactive in exploring alternate technology and be able to make technology choices based on experience and impact analysisBe accountable for IT operational excellence, ensure compliance to GE standards & practicesQualification/RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related disciplines or Engineering or High School Diploma with specific IT Project Manager experience Knowledge ofSupply Chain processes Demonstrated Knowledge of SAP Continuous improvement attitude Team working attitude and inclusiveness Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams Fluent Italian and good English knowledge (written and spoken) Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required Desired Characteristics Good experience in SAP with proven skills and expertise in particular on MM and PP modules Previous experience as IT Project Manager on applications supporting Supply Chain processes related Sourcing and Planning Strong customer orientation Focused on objectivesExperience on Supplier collaboration platformsWhat We OfferSmart working and work life-balanceAvio Aero, when possible, promotes remote work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
