French Restaurant Manager – Caribbean Resort
Salary: $36,000 USD plus gratuities
Location: The Caribbean
Perks: $14,000 accommodation allowance, air fare, relocation assistance, benefits and more
Our client is an award-winning hotel group based in the Caribbean. We are assisting them in their search for Restaurant Managers who are French Nationals to work at one of their beautiful all-inclusive properties in either Barbados, Bahamas or Grenada!

Responsibilities:
- Daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and motivate a team of approx. 20 staff
- Manage restaurant financials and P&L
- Staff scheduling
- Maintaining brand standards
- Ensuring guests are having the ultimate experience
The Ideal Candidate:
- French passport holder
- Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
- A passion for Food & Beverage. On trend knowledge. Beverage experience is a plus
- A strong leader that brings positive energy to the team
- High volume background
- Great career stability
- Can easily relocate
