Account Manager / Inside Sales

Large manufacturing company seeks inside sales representative. This is a direct hire or contract to permanent opportunity. Our client has been in business for many years, is very well known in their industry and is building a new team in the Chattanooga area.

Job Duties & Responsibilities include:

-- Provide direct support (help in field, needing quote information, etc) to field sales representative and customers

-- Answer inbound calls & emails to assist customers with questions, orders, and price quotes

-- Make outbound calls to build and re-establish relationships. (MUST be comfortable making phone calls and sending emails as needed)

Requirements:

--Creative thinker with initiative and willingness to learn

--Team-player

--2+ years of experience in an interactive customer service role.

--Ability to work in a fast paced and quick changing environment
