Assistant Food & Beverage Manager – Cape Breton, Nova Scotia
Title: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager/Assistant Banquets Manager
Salary package: $16 – $18 CAD hourly + housing onsite, benefits, company discounts for onsite amenities, meals and Friends and Family stays
**Seasonal Role – May through October**
Location: Cape Breton, NS
Our client is a stunning seaside hotel in Cape Breton, NS. We are assisting them in their search for 3 Assistant Food & Beverage Manager roles to work the 2022 summer season.
The Role:
- Ensure guests receive the highest level of food quality and service
- Manage and develop the restaurant team
- Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees in multiple Food & Beverage outlets to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met
- Lay out goals and develop strategies to accomplish said goals
- Maintaining brand standards
- Ensuring guests are having the ultimate experience
The Person:
- Demonstrate knowledge of an ability to manage a Food & Beverage operation
- Would consider a supervisor ready for a step up
