Offering a modern take on Japanese Izakaya; fully focused sushi counter experience; Al la carte menu with inventive & exciting dishes – The client is needing Michelin capable Restaurant General Managers with modern pristine execution.

What you’ll need:

Global restaurant experience within the culinary hotspots (especially Japan, London & Australia)

Japanese influenced Asian cuisine experience

5* Stand-alone restaurant experience

Michelin, International award experienced Salary package:
