BAS (HVAC) Technician- Critical Systems

Hays Facilities Management are partnered with an emerging leader in Facilities services. The organization is looking to add BAS (HVAC) Technician for their Hoboken, NJ client.

Your new role

The job duties for the BAS (HVAC) Technician will include, among others:

- Expert level support of HVAC systems and controls

- Perform Preventive maintenance in conjunction with CMMS system

- Analyze site operations procedures and make changes for efficiency as needed

- Utilization of the BAS (Building Automation System)

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:

- Strong knowledge of air flow dynamics, testing and energy efficiency compliance

- Demonstrated experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS)

- Customer-centric- Must be able to communicate effectively wit the client

- FM Provider experience is highly preferred, but not necessarily required
