Our client is soon to open a very high-profile International fusion fine dining Restaurant & is looking for an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to come on-board & head up the Pastry team!

We are ideally looking for a senior Pastry Chef with fine dining or Michelin* experience but must also be able to work in a high volume, fast paced luxury restaurant environment!

The role requires a talented, passionate Pastry Chef with excellent stable working experience in free standing recognised restaurants.

We need an Executive Pastry Chef who is able to lead & inspire the team to create memorable dessert experiences – to be creative in your dishes, preparation & live display tables or counters in accordance with company high standards.

As Executive Pastry Chef you will be knowledgeable of costing & budgets, a great leader who enjoys developing their staff & working with strong local workforces.

Huge scope for progression attached to this role so we need a real visionary – someone who is able to grow the brand & perhaps create new concepts too!
