Group Executive Chef - Amsterdam

A Group Executive chef is needed for a wonderful concept based out of Amsterdam with a large investment and multiple locations around the country and Europe.

We are looking for a group executive chef to work alongside the founder with a strong chef background and extensive experience in multi-site operations in High-end restaurants/

Working alongside the founder and directors you will be involved with overseeing the kitchen operations, food development and food strategy across multiple restaurant styles from Asian to European, Burgers to Michelin.

This amazing business that operates some of the best fresh food, restaurants on the continent out of its home base of Amsterdam, with Further restaurant around Europe.

The business needs structure but at the same time will need someone who is used to the start-up environment, with daily changes and new ideas constantly being part of your day

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Experience as Head Chef in a High end/ fine dining concept
• Have international experience in leading food cities around the globe
• New opening experience
• Used to working with large numbers but not compromise on quality
• Multi-site experience is a must
• Experience in world-renowned restaurant groups
• A background in Multisite operations and new openings
• Be available to live/relocate to Amsterdam and travel extensively (Temporary accommodation and relocation package will be discussed)
• Strong on financials, GP’s and costings plus the compilation of Specs sheets, training manual and the like
• A great personality
• Hands-on, hardworking and love a challenge
• Ideally, you will already have the right to work in the EU
• You will show experience in your background of opening up new restaurants and working in multiple, international markets
