My client is looking for a smaller independent operator, they have just purchased a new business in North London, being development and opening in October 2021, they are seeking a “foodie General Manager”, a real people person who can take on this business and lead the team, weekly sales £18/25,000 good mix of wet and dry sales.

This role would suit an experience General Manager or a senior Deputy Manager who is not afraid of getting involved within all areas of the business, from a food led background, not too branded. If you are an experienced, General Manager who has worked within a pub environment as a Senior Manager before and has a real passion for great food served in a relaxed environment this could be the role for you….

The ideal candidate will have to have a passion for food/drinks/ales, have lots of flair and be able to deal with day-to-day issues, regarding front of house and back of house operations, a passion to help drive the business forward from the forefront.
