We are currently looking for an experienced, high volume AGM for a great Italian concept with multiple locations in London. A high energy, fun atmosphere! We are looking for a stable, reliable candidates – the business is in growth and this role will be to support the General Manager, we need a candidate that can be relied upon to get the job done well.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role
• Dedicated team leader – mentoring the team is key!
• Financially astute, and be able to drive sales
• Experience leading and developing a team
• Ambitious standards of service, always aiming to exceed the expectation of your guests
• Passion for food and drink, experience in Japanese cuisine advantageous
• Strong career progression
• Comfortable with cashing up, team leadership, finances, audits and health and safety
