Atempo S.p.A., Agenzia per il Lavoro, filiale di Settimo Torinese, ricerca per azienda Cliente operante nel settore automotive, un/a Ingegnere Meccanico Progettista.Il/la candidato/a si occuperà della modellazione superfici solidi, messe in tavola 2D, studi di fattibilità prodotto per la progettazione stampi termoplastici e lamiera.Requisiti:· Buona conoscenza di CatiaV5 Autodesk MoldFlow e Rhinoceros;· Buona conoscenza dei processi e tecnologie dello stampaggio termoplastico e a freddo (lamiera);· Conoscenza di lavorazioni meccaniche (frese a CNC e tradizionali);· Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese.L'azienda offre:Contratto di inserimento diretto in azienda.Orario di lavoro: da Lunedì a Venerdì, dalle 08:00 alle 17:00 con un'ora di pausa.Luogo di lavoro: Robassomero (TO).Non verranno presi in esame i profili che non corrispondono alle caratteristiche richieste.

You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring that each design is both manufacturable and compliant with all relevant industry standards.Key responsibilities:Create and develop detailed engineering designs, advanced 3D models, and clear technical drawings.Guarantee alignment with Class and Flag regulations, as well as project-specific requirements.Assess the technical feasibility of designs to support efficient production processes.Detect and address technical challenges by offering practical solutions and improvements.Work alongside senior engineers, production specialists, and project managers to deliver top-tier work within project timelines.OfferCompetitive salary between €3.000 – €4.300 per month (based on knowledge and experience).38 days off (25 vacation days and 13 ADV days for full-time employment).One-year contract with the intention to become permanent (subject to the decisions of the board).Travel allowance based on €0.23 per kilometer for commuting distance.An inspiring work environment at the forefront of luxury yacht construction.Flexible working hours in consultation with your supervisor.Plenty of opportunities for personal development and training.Your profileA bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Maritime Technology, or a similar technical field.1 to 3 years of engineering experience within the shipbuilding industry.Proficiency in 3D AutoCAD; experience with Siemens NX, Teamcenter, and Cadmatic is a plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.A good understanding of shipbuilding production processes and construction methods.An eye for detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and maintaining excellent standards.

ResponsibilitiesLead efforts to ensure long-term durability of engine systems and components by evaluating their performance under real-world operating conditions.Analyze and contrast accumulated stress between standard endurance testing and actual machine usage cycles.Provide expertise in Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) across engines, subsystems, and individual components.Conduct comprehensive system-level risk assessments to identify potential reliability issues.Configure engine setups and maintain associated data within reliability management tools.Gather and integrate test data from both laboratory environments and field operations into reliability models.Apply and interpret key reliability indicators such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), failure rates, and Weibull distributions.Perform statistical evaluations of machine duty cycles to support reliability predictions.Establish standard operating cycles tailored to specific applications.Contribute to the development of benchmark testing protocols for engine validation.Design or refine analytical models to better predict and understand failure mechanisms.ProfileYou hold a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and have completed studies in probability theory, statistics, data science, and programming You have good knowledge of reliability engineering in the industrial environment You have at least 5 years of experience in Reliability Engineering• You have a very good command of French and German or English (minimum B2 level)• You have advanced knowledge of MS Office, reliability tools (ReliaSoft, nCode), MATLABand PythonBenefitsCompetitive Salary: Compensation aligned with your technical expertise and years of experience.Performance Bonuses: Eligibility for annual or project-based bonuses tied to individual and team achievements.Professional Development: Access to ongoing training in reliability tools, data analysis, and programming (e.g., ReliaSoft, MATLAB, Python).International Exposure: Opportunities to collaborate with global teams or participate in international assignments.
