We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer with a passion for the automation industry to join our client's team. You will drive business development and sales efforts across the region west of Zurich, leveraging your technical expertise and client network to deliver customized solutions. This is a great opportunity for a sales-driven individual with a junior profile but some relevant experience in the field. Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with clients in the Olten, Lucerne, and Zug areas.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our customer base.Use your existing network to develop long-term customer partnerships.Present our products and solutions to potential customers and demonstrate how they meet specific needs.Work closely with the engineering and project teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to keep ahead in the market.What We’re Looking For:Fluent in Swiss German and French; at least B1-level English for internal communication.Experience in tooling and automation, especially if you have a network of clients in Olten, Lucerne, Zug; experience in Romandie is a bonus, but not essential.A drive for sales—we want someone with ambition and energy, ready to take the next step in their sales career.Some prior sales experience in the industry (we’re not looking for complete beginners or fresh graduates).Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on finding solutions that work for both the company and the client.Willingness to travel within the region.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Role descriptionHe reports to the Site Manager. The Construction manager co-ordinates all Discipline Supervisors in managing Subcontractor’s activities. In particular, he updates and develops detailed Construction schedules, optimizing sequences and limiting any overlapping. He replaces the Site Manager in the latter’s absence.Main ResponsibilitiesYou will:To ensure the implementation of the HSE management system at site with particular reference to their area of operation.To organize and lead, along with the relevant AST and Superintendent/Supervisors, weekly meetings with the discipline Subcontractors;To participate to construction meeting with the Client;To promote Field revisions of the detailed Construction Schedule;To verify congruity of the works with technical specification;To verify material delivery schedule in order to coordinate construction activities and optimize the relevant schedule;With the collaboration of the Site Control Manager, to prepare detailed schedules and define priorities;To check that schedules are kept to and to promote recovery plans in case of delay;To co-ordinate all site activities, and in particular interfaces between Disciplines, with the aim of limiting work overlaps;To assist and co-operate with the Supervisors in the ordinary management of subcontracts, in defining extra-works and in the execution of changes during the works;Together with the Commissioning Manager, to ensure congruence between the completion of Construction and Plant Pre-commissioning;To collaborate with the Contract Engineer in preparing changes and claims;To prepare his own section of routine work progress reports;To perform discipline quality inspection according to the Inspection Plan and procedures in liaison with the QAE. SITE MANAGER

Role descriptionHe reports functionally to the Project Manager and hierarchically to the Construction Department Manager. He is the Tecnimont official Representative towards Client and Subcontractor at Site and, whenever necessary, local Authorities. He is responsible for the performance of all mobilized personnel and for all site activities, in particular for the final result, in terms of HSE performance, quality, duration and costs of construction. He manages all site activities and ensures the Responsible of the Project for construction and site management, in compliance with HSE, time schedules, costs and quality, managing the allocated resources in agreement with the respective Departments.
