We study relevant features in competing games and make pragmatic choices on whether to develop something new versus taking inspiration from existing mechanics and iterating on them. Player choice, retention, quality of life, accessibility, and customization options (including mod support) are important factors when we develop features and content.Desirable Skills And Knowledge5+ years of relevant experiencePrior experience working with PC and/or console gamesPreferably experience working with multiplayer gamesExcellent C++ skills Experience working with Unreal EngineYou have shipped several gamesRelevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceVery good organizational and communication skills Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop new game features together with other developersRefactor existing game featuresAssist with technical design and planning tasksAssist with enforcing project code standardsFix bugs and help with optimization effortsMentor other developersDiversity and CultureWe strongly believe in a discrimination-free workplace.
